Q: What is one book that you would be nervous to see a movie adaption of because you think the movie could never live up to the book?
Honestly, I think I'd be a bit nervous for the TID series (Clockwork Angel, Clockwork Prince) to come to life in the theaters. It's such a wonderful series and I'd hate for it to be butchered on the big screen, only to have millions of fans watch it worldwide. Heck, I'm even a bit nervous for the upcoming movie, City of Bones! I have faith they'll do a good movie adaptation but only time will tell. x_xHow about you guys? ♥ Leave a comment below and I'll check out your blog!

Hopping through. I'm horrible. I still need to read the TID series. I love TMI.
My Hop
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm following back :) Oh, I'm nervous about City of Bones too. I really hope they don't mess it up. And TID are still on my TBR list. Definitely need to read it soon!
I'm going to try not to be too nervous about CoB or any of TID movies that might come to light, because I want to hold out hope that once it all comes together it's going to be really good like THG turned out to be better than most everyone thought it was going to be. I am a little worried about how they're going to be casting Magnus, since he's my favorite. lol.

Hi there :) just hopping through.
I'm a lot nervous about the upcoming City of Bones movie!
Here is my choice...
Feature & Follow
I really hope that City of Bones will be amazing. Though to be honest, that's what we hope with ALL of our book-to-film adaptations because we WANT our beautiful characters to be portrayed well and we want people who don't read (those poor sods) to understand the AWESOMENESS.
Cassie sounds pretty optimistic about it all so we just have to hold on to that. :D
Hm, I'm not a big Clare fan anymore but I have read all her books (well, not all of her FF yet, but I'm working on it!) and don't see them as a GOOD movie-adaption either. Maybe COB, but that remains to be seen. :>

I haven't read the Clockwork books yet, though I really should, everyone seems to love them.
Thanks for stopping by!
I'm kind of nervous about the whole City of Bones into movie too! Finger crossed that they will stick true to the books! I haven't heard Clockwork Prince yet (I know! *blush*) but I hope they will do awesome job if they make it into a movie! :)
I'm new follower! :)

Hi, I'm nervous at City of Bones, and I've seen a lot of other also mention the Mortal Instrument Series. I'm a new GFC follower. Have a great day!
Here’s my FF
I also chose City of Bones! I can't imagine Jamie as a good Jace. And I just can't see how everyone will be able to see Will's great sense of humor.
New follower! Maybe you can follow back?

City of Bones was one of my choices, too! But you're right about TID. I love that series much more than TMI and seeing it turned into a terrible movie would be awful!
New follower!
My FF Picks
Totally agree..I have no idea how City of Bones would translate onto the screen!!
Great post and thanks for stopping by :D
